Return & Refund Policy

At Crazyfynds.in, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, returns and refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • A product is eligible for return or refund only if you receive a damaged or wrong product.

  • For verification purposes, the customer must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot initiate a return or refund.

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at care.lootobazaar@gmail.com.

  • Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

📌 Note: Products without unboxing proof, or issues arising from customer mishandling, are not eligible for return or refund.
